Your whole search on one board
Every job you save from your job search lands on a board with columns for Saved, Applied, Screen, Interview, Offer, Rejected and Ghosted. Move each application along as it progresses, and open the original listing whenever you need it.
Conversion rates, not just a list
Once you've marked applications as applied, the tracker shows how many reach each next stage:
- Applied to screen: how often an application turns into a first conversation.
- Screen to interview: how often a first conversation turns into a real interview.
- Interview to offer: how often an interview turns into an offer.
What the numbers can tell you
Usually, a low applied-to-screen rate points at your resume or at which roles you're targeting. A low screen-to-interview rate points at how you come across early on. A low interview-to-offer rate points at interview preparation. These are pointers, not diagnoses, and a handful of applications is too small a sample to conclude much.

- Save jobs straight from your job search, with the listing link kept alongside.
- Open an interview guide for any application. The preview is free, and the full guide is part of Pro.
- When an application is rejected or goes quiet, the Rejection Decoder (Pro) gives an honest read on the likely reasons.
Why a candidate needs their own pipeline
An employer's ATS sees you once, for one role. It never shows you the pattern across all of your applications. This is the mirror image: a Candidate Traction System (CTS™) view of your own search, so you can fix what's actually holding it back.
What it doesn't do
It doesn't apply for you, and it doesn't read your inbox or an employer's system. You move each application yourself. It's a place to keep your search honest, not an automatic feed.
