About TalentBuild AI — your CTS™

Built for the person applying, not the person hiring

Every large employer runs an ATS — an Applicant Tracking System that collects, sorts, and filters candidates. It's built entirely for the hiring side. Nothing has played the same role for the person applying. TalentBuild AI is built and positioned as exactly that: a Candidate Traction System (CTS™), the candidate-side mirror of an ATS.

What is a Candidate Traction System (CTS™)?

A CTS is the mirror image of an ATS. Where an ATS exists to move candidates through a pipeline for an employer, a CTS exists to build momentum for the candidate: an honest read on how your resume will actually be judged, a clear plan for the skills you're missing, practice before the interview that matters, and a straight view of what your role should pay. Same underlying problem — who gets through, and why — looked at from the other side of the table.

We didn't invent the idea that job seekers deserve real infrastructure — job search tools have existed for years under other names. What we did was name the category clearly, build TalentBuild AI as a CTS from the ground up, and put the same rigour into it that an ATS gets on the employer's side.

ApplicantOS™: your side of the pipeline

Inside your CTS, ApplicantOS™ is TalentBuild AI's operating system for your job search — the name for the whole toolkit, and specifically for your own application pipeline: Saved, Applied, Screen, Interview, and Offer, with the conversion rates between each stage. It's the same shape of tool a recruiter uses to manage a hiring pipeline — except this one reports to you.

What we won't do

  • We won't invent a statistic, a testimonial, or a customer story that isn't real.
  • We won't tell you a score means more certainty than it does — AI feedback is a guide, not a guarantee.
  • We won't suggest a skill or achievement for your resume that isn't already true of you.
  • We won't store more than we need to — your free scorecard PDF isn't saved, and salary reports are anonymous by design. See our Privacy Policy.

Frequently asked questions

What is a Candidate Traction System (CTS)?

A Candidate Traction System, or CTS, is the candidate-side mirror of an employer's ATS (Applicant Tracking System). Instead of software that sorts and filters you for a hiring team, a CTS is built to help you build momentum on your own side of the hiring process: an honest read on your resume, a plan for closing skill gaps, practice before interviews, and a clear view of your own application pipeline. TalentBuild AI is built and marketed as a CTS.

How is a CTS different from an ATS?

An ATS is built for the employer: it collects, filters, and ranks candidates so a hiring team can move faster. A CTS is built for the candidate: it helps you understand how you'll be read, what to fix, what to practise, and how your own applications are progressing. Same category of problem, opposite side of the table.

What is ApplicantOS?

ApplicantOS is TalentBuild AI's name for your own application pipeline: Saved, Applied, Screen, Interview, and Offer, with the conversion rates between each stage. It's the part of TalentBuild AI that does for you what an ATS does for an employer — except you're the one who sees it. It also refers more broadly to the toolkit that runs inside your CTS.

Are CTS and ApplicantOS trademarked?

CTS and ApplicantOS are trademarks TalentBuild AI uses to describe its own product and category positioning. We use the ™ symbol to mark them, in line with standard trademark practice for brand names in use.

Is any of this AI-generated content invented or exaggerated?

No. Every score, verdict, and suggestion TalentBuild AI gives you is built from your own resume and real data — official government wage data for pay, real job postings for matching. We don't fabricate statistics, testimonials, or achievements, and we say so throughout the product.
