Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TalentBuild AI (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TalentBuild AI provides AI-assisted resume analysis, job matching, interview preparation, resume tailoring, and application tracking. Some features are available on a free plan with usage limits; unlimited access and additional features require a paid Pro subscription, described on our Pricing page.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, in Singapore dollars, and processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime from your Account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain Pro access until then.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change our prices with reasonable advance notice.

Resume analyses, match scores, job recommendations, interview guides, cover letters, and any other AI-generated content are advisory tools generated from the information you provide and publicly available data. They do not guarantee that you will be shortlisted, interviewed, or hired for any role. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it or sending it to a prospective employer.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or upload another person's personal data without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its underlying systems
• Use automated means to access the Service outside of its intended interface
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• Resell or provide commercial access to the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of your resume and any other content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending it to our AI provider for analysis, as described in our Privacy Policy). We do not claim ownership of your resume or career data.

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TalentBuild AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without permission.

The Service links to or relies on third-party platforms (including job boards, Google sign-in, and payment processing). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services, including the job listings surfaced through the Service, which originate from external sources.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or parts of it) with reasonable notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TalentBuild AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of income, opportunity, or employment outcome, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
